Just had my first chance to peruse the entries fully. Gotta admit: some left me scratching my head about how they qualified as "fusion." All looked extremely tasty, and there was excellent moisture retained in the smoked meats, leaving me drooling all over my computer. But the one that both embodied "fusion" the most for me and was also my top pick of what I most wanted to eat was Ozzy's. Good job!
