nah, but if you want me to share the sauce recipe I can. At some point I'll start putting this on my website. Working on an online cookbook on my devsite,
Wife finds it hard to eat a lot of salmon and love salad, last night was a first. She ate two pieces of salmon and left some salad on her plate. She made me save the reduced sauce I was glazing with.

Looks tasty! Yet to do or try a cedar plank salmon...JoynersHotPeppers said:Sure,
Local Raw Honey - 1/4 cup
Chunks of fresh ginger- 3 1 inch slices
Smashed garlic cloves - 3 cloves
rice wine vinegar - 1/4 cup
fish sauce - tablespoon
sweet soy sauce - 1/2 cup
splash of mirin - tablespoon
heaping teaspoon of thai blend
Cook on medium low heat until cooks down to an oohy gooey glaze that makes love to your salmon
Soak your cedar plank in salted water for 2 hours - Cook over indirect heat until the salmon reads 135 internal temp
