O crap last minute sprint by sic!

I had a hard time with this, they all looked good, and Sum’s final photos I think looked the best but his prep photos, the patty looked overcooked and dry IMO, and who the hell only bakes one bun at a time, I’m calling shenanigans, me be thinking that, that was a reheated store bought bun, just saying that’s what I think.

I’m having trouble with what they would tasted like from the ingredients and cooking methods, so I went with Sic, for two reasons humor and to screw Sum, so now they’re tied at 10.

You'd be wrong on both counts, P.K. As in most TD's, I make so much food I can eat for a week. Sometimes it gets forgotten in the back of the fridge for too long and ends up getting tossed. I'm learning to make/use what I need and freeze the rest of the ingredients. I had enough dough to easily make 6-8 buns... but what's the point if I'm cooking for one, and can only plate one burger? The patty was crispy on the outside, but still juicy enough to not be dry. Take a look at the second pic again.
