What Did I do Today? Only about chilli peppers

This evening, I tasted latest batch of Thai pickle. The aroma is awesome but mustard still tastes a bit bitterish. It needs another week to get it in prime condition to make chutney.
Fresh ground Reshampatti peppers have given a new dimension to both flavor and taste.

Can't wait .

Today i took some piccies of a Bonda Ma Jacque pod, am now eating it on a chicken salad roll.
