How about using her as target practice for the Army Cadets? Then whatever's left of her could be used as fertilizer for chilli plants. Two good uses for her.

Yes it would be nice if she was remorseful enough to kill herself. Dahmer had to be murdered in prison and I am sure the same will happen to this psycho lady.
