food-bev What to do with 300 ripe (red) Jalapenos & Serranos?

Would you pickle, make a sauce or make chipotle powder?
Picked today. Should've made plans ahead of time for what to do with them.
If you vote for powder, I've never made chipotles. Preferred method?

I would do all of it.
Pickle some by themselves.
Pickle with carrots and o ions and garlic and spices.
Make a sauce.
Dehydrate some
Dehydrate some and then make into powder.
Ferment some.

If you dont want to donamy of that-sell them.
 
I love it when the crack like that. Nice photo. I would make a couple of things fresh, salsa, pepper jelly etc. Then freeze the rest and use them through the off season.
