I've been making super healthy smoothies here recently. Using a ninja is far better than juicing IMO because fiber is one of the healthiest and most important components of fruits and veggies. It's handy to get all of this in one cup.
I don't think I could eat it all whole. Throw it all in and let the blender roar for a few minutes and it is nice and smooth. I highly reccomend this to everyone, especially if you have been wanting to get more fruits and vegetables in your diet but don't know how to eat as much as is reccomended. I usually use frozen fruit into make the smoothie cold. Fruit is wonderful at covering up the tast of vegetables so even if you hate them you can make it work. You can usually taste vegetables in mine cause I use so much but I like it so it's all good.
