Wrightdaddy's 2012 grow log

I've been reading everyones grow log figured i should start my own. I have already started a few different kinds starting the others tomorrow. I soak my seeds over night in plain water then i plant them in 4in pots 4 kinds per pot 2 seeds each then I transplant them into there own 4in pot when they show second set of true leaves. For lighting i use a double four foot light fixture with 2 daylight bulbs 80 watts. at about 6in they get transplanted into a one gallon pot then they get put under two four foot light strips with three daylight bulbs and one grow bulb. they reside there till they go outside i know its a little low on lighting but its just to get a head start before they go outside once out side they go into 3 or 5 gall on pots depending on size of plant. for soil i mix roughly 1/2 compost 1/4 peat 1/8 perilite 1/8 vermiculite. ill post pics later just have a couple sprouts now.

Well here I go again looked through my seeds and found a few more to add to this years grow and since I have room for a few more I figured why not.So this is what got put into some coir pellets this morning. moruga scorpion, bhutt X douglah, red 7 pot X naga all from chad s. thank you chad and red brain strain. :flamethrower: :hot:

Back in the hospital hopefully not for long. Who's.going to take care of all my little babys? So sad I'm in hospital and I'm worried about my plants.

Man those things suck BAD from what I've seen. A co-worker gets them once a month! He is from IL and has had problems since he moved down here twenty something yrs ago. His doc said the change in chemicals in the water affects some people that way.....

Get well soon Greg =)

Hope your babies survived your absence, and that you recover quickly! Just curious, what's the non-pepper looking sprout behind the Hurican baby?

The temps have been in the low 70s for the high latley so I have been taking the babys outside in the am when it it warms up a bit and bringing them inside in the late afternoon before the sun goes down and the temps drop. They have hardened off nicley and seem to be enjoying there time out in the sun. It still gets a little cold in evening so I have to bring them in but soon that will change. Took a few pics this morning enjoy. Happy growing to you all.
