Pathetic!  I would have put my foot in dudes ass a long time ago. For your sister and nieces and Moms sake you are going to have a very stern talk with homeboy.  You may need to have a talk with your sister also. If she is allowing this there may be bigger problems at large? Best of luck with whatever happens.
 
Waiting on fourth of July fireworks show in town and sitting next to us are a family of ILLEGAL immigrants downing America...
 
The people behind me who had their party going until after 2am with the loud music rattling my windows. I got up for work at 4...
 
The people in our neighborhood who started with fireworks on Friday, and ended at fully 2AM last night, making for a full 4x evening's of trembling for one of my dogs ...

This is Ocean Shores, WA. A popular vacation town with 30 miles of pristine beach on the Pacific Ocean. People pack all this fireworks shit from their car and neglect to carry a plastic garbage bag. "Just leave it there, someone else will pick up my garbage". WTF'ing hell is wrong with people!?!?!? grrrrrrr

And when you ask them to take their trash with them, your the asshole. But if a dog shits in their yard they freak out. Never will get it.
 
Not to mention, this beach in particular is the Razor Clam capitol of the world. All those clam beds, just trampled and littered on.
 
Yes those people who left the trash are a$$holes, however, What needs the publicity is the legion of people who care and come out in the morning to clean up.  Evan, Trev and I were there about 4 years ago with my brother, parents, cousins, and we all went to the beach around 10:30am armed with gloves and trashbags.  Surprisingly....it was already about 90% cleaned up!  That was what they and many others always do.
 
No excuse for the dipsheets who leave the trash and (as happened the year we were there) start the grass on fire.  I hope someone posts a picture of the beach at 3:00 the next day.  Those Unsung heros may be quietly doing what they do, but it is known and acknowledged.

i wonder how much pollution comes form blowing up those fire works? probably not enough to matter, but it just occured to me that this shit is full of copper salts and sulfur.

I work in a restaurant that has both a restaurant and a bar. Restaurant closes at 8, bar until it slows down. Kitchen closes at 9. Customers come in 5 minutes before closing and order pizzas. I am backed up on pizzas for the bar size for at least an hour. I explain, "we close in 5 minutes and pizzas are backed up for at least an hour. I can make you anything else and have it done in minutes." Their response, "we don't mind waiting". SCREW YOU!!!

ME- Did you receive a Pure Evil 9.6 or something other than PE 9.6?  A Pure Evil 1.5?  Each Pure Evil label lists the SHU.  The current Amazon listing is for one 1/4oz bottle, the listing picture shows the 1/4 oz bottle.

To his/her credit you show a dropper and a sealed tin. Looks like it could be 2 items and they presumably did not open the tin, maybe it was a gift and with the difference in size between tin and dropper they thought they were getting a "smaller" bonus one that wasn't sent.
 
You probably don't need to show the tin in the marketing, or when you do, show it with the lid off and upside own on the counter next to the dropper, or the tin on its side, which will relay the message of packaging, and not a container of your product. Like a bag of open potato chips and them spilling out of the bag instead of a closed bag and chips on the table. Your product is unique in that is has two containers not familiar to the hot sauce world.
 
It may be funny but use it to your benefit to improve the marketing/wording, a customer was confused.
 
Perhaps even use this to your advantage. "Dropper comes in special collector's tin!"
 
OK- in an attempt to eliminate further idiotic communications, I've added this to the product descrption-
The dropper bottle is packaged in the pictured collectable black tin.
