off-topic You know what really grinds my gears?!?

Here's another gear grinder...
 
People who go the wrong way down those one way parking lot lanes, the ones with the angled parking spots, and then look at YOU like you're crazy when you try to tell them they're going the wrong way.
 
How about, when you do something really stupid like not paying enough attention and end up going the wrong way down a one way parking lane. It's bad enough you are beating yourself up for being such a dumbass but somebody gotta come along and rub it in. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
 
I've been on both sides of this scenario :rolleyes:

I have no idea what you guys are talking about.  Parking lot lanes?  never heard of them!  We do have a parking lot in town.  Just one... it serves both the grocery store and the hardware store.  
 
If you really want to be up on things and make sure to get a good parking spot, there are people stationed at the corners with campfires to send up smoke signals when a prime spot opens up.

It's True! I've been in this parking lot. Also, (correct me if I'm wrong SL) The larger vehicle ALWAYS gets the right of way no matter which direction you are going.   :lol:

YEP!    unless the parking lot is covered with ice, and then the minions (aka subarus) think they can just do WhatEver...until the Ford's put 'em in their place.  Hogleg got to experience the parking lot in the winter.  Not sure if that was a good experience~~~  :lol:

We pulled forward out of the front line of parking spaces in a Ford 4x4 and some redneck in a 70's mazda truck had to brake for 2 seconds....as we rolled passed with all of the windows down....he glared at us and muttered "a$$#ole!"  and we rolled on by.....
 
Seriously???  It's a summer afternoon in downtown TWISP!!!  How much traffic can their be??? (uh, none~) 
 
I told SalsaDude ...'ya'know...I bet he shops here all the time....how about I happen to touch his dooor handle after processing PureEvil????'
 
Salsadude, being the ever levelheaded guy that he is, said "honey, just let it go.  It'll come around some day..."
 
about a month later, my Honey was at the store and walked by ThatGuy and towering over ThatGuy said...'Hey ASSHOLE...."

Greedy asssed big box stores grind my gears - Black friday was bad enough, now these bastards want to ruin a national holiday by posting big sales on Thanksgiving day. I had to sit around and listen to the family plan dinner around the sales last year and then listen to buying strategies during dinner last year. This year my wife cooked the turkey and all the fixins a day early just so we could enjoy a nice peaceful meal with the grandkids.
This afternoon we go to my sisters house and listen to the covert ops strategies in the toy departments.
 
I can't really blame the family because we all trying to stretch the budget but it's like we are losing one of my favorite holidays. :mope: :banghead: :censored:
 
What really grinds my gears?
 
When contractors at my job try to dump all their work onto us and then whine and complain when I and my team refuse to do their jobs for them on top of doing our own.
 
We all know that one guy...
