Here are some pictures from yesterday. Had a pretty good little harvest for the dehydrator. As you can see some of my choc. bhuts have some green on them still. My plant has tons of pods and I wanted a few for this dehydrator batch so they got sacrificed!
Will have some seeds available...
First year growing superhots or anything for that mattter so I have a couple questions. My trinadad scorpion plant seems to be in some trouble. It seemed like once the first pods set there were no additional growing. Is this typical? My first and only harvest was about 15 peppers. Now the leaves...
They both kind of seemed on par with each other so far. Cooking with these things taught me many lessons. One was to cook the hot sauce outside. Good thing I did some reading on here and didnt learn the hardway. My backyard was like someone sprayed pepperspray! In any case, im really enjoying my...
Here are some pictures of what i believe are trinadad scorpions and choc. bhut. Maybe you guys can confirm for me. I am a first time grower and want to be sure. I tried both and they kinda feel like putting a welding torch in your mouth. Also made some t. scorpion (if thats what they are) hot...
Its my first year growing superhots or any peppers for that matter. Ill take some pics with my camera (not cell phone) and maybe some of you pros will be able to confirm its a t. scorpion. In any case im preparing myself to try a piece of this fire pod. Ive been into hot stuff for quite some...
thats a beginning harvest to be proud of! I know im jealous. Looking forward to seeing some more pics. Looks like some interesting pickled peppers, what do you have in there?
I have some choclate bhut's going right now. They are all still green with very little signs of a chochlate color  So im patiently waiting....
Nice pick though!
great harvest! how long do they typically take in the dehydrator?? i have some cherries in mine right now going on 24 hours and i am getting very impatient. lol
Cool and Interesting pics. Im new growing peppers this year as well. I have some bhut's and they dont look much like the ones you are showing. However, when you transplanted it to a different pot they certainly took up a much different appearance. Similiar to some of my trindad scorpions. I am...
The gypsy pepper in the hydroponic system is very bizarre. The growth has been amazing. It is almost time for the fresh water rinse of the system as you can see by the residue on the plant and drip tube. Been growing very quickly
My tabasco's just started growing little pepper pods! I didnt realize they wanted to hold on to the plant so tight! Ill probably end up cutting them off. Knowing my luck ill pull the whole plant out in excitement of seeing my first chile. lol.
