If: Peppers = Guns, Then: Peppers = Banjos?

Have not heard that one. But it sounds similar to "Luther Wright and the Wrongs" blugrass version of "Pink Floyd - the Wall". Will have to track that one down!! www.lutherwright.com/thewall.php

If: Peppers = Guns, Then: Peppers = Banjos?

I have noticed that Pepper-heads also like guns. Seeing as I also like both above too, I was wondering if there are any pepper-heads out there that are also banjo(or general bluegrass) players? I am having a hard time balancing the love of the pepper garden with the time to practice. By...

Fermentation – Why? It seems to me that the whole hype about "Fermenting" peppers has really exploded here. I see all these questions of how to, this way, that way, salt %, ph, etc. However, I have not read anywhere as to "Why". Why is this fermentation process so popular? What is the...

    Pickled Eggs

They were a staple food growing up in Norhtern Lower Michigan. However, we added cans of sliced Beets, thin sliced white Onions and sugar to the mix you mentioned. This added a few more things to nibble on in addition to the eggs. Gives the eggs a wicked red color right to the yellow of the egg!
