    I can handle a Bhut fairly well, so long as I don't get hiccups (an odd thing). That Pure Evil that JHR is touting is quite legit, warmed my mouth, burned my hand.

    I'm thinking of just buying some dried Ghost Peppers from the internet, as I am far too lazy to grow any this year. If I do, what should I do with them? I'll have 40-70 pods... Is a good sauce possible? Opinions? Suggestions?

    Heartbreaking Dawns 1498 Cauterizer in Cook's Illustrated

    Probably going to buy it. A friend of mine recently bought the three pack (with the 1542 Chocolate Hab, 1841 Ghost, and the 1498). All were fantastic, but the 1498 really took the cake. (It also duly cleared my sinuses.) Now I think it's necessary to get the cauterizer.
