    u dont need all those manures. compost and well drained soil should be plenty. try giving them just the morning and evening sun they like some shade sometimes, this intense heat messes with them.

    HELP!!

    theyve actually bounced baCK now but they were like that before i put all the ferts on them. i think it was a complete lack of any sort of nutrition because they were just in a blank sol medium. I think it was because they were in small pots for months.

    Purple Jalapeno

    I think thats just a normal jalapeno ripening. A lot of times they will turn black, or purple, before they turn red. Jalapenos take a long time to ripen. Its better to pick them when they are green and big so that more can set.

    Branches

    I always grow plants and the top canopy gets real big an yields lots of fruit, but i always end up with little two leaf sets coming out of the lowere nodes. How come peppers dont like to branch? Is it impossible to get these things to bush, or am i just growing a variety that doesnt branch a lot?

    RS67Man's 2011 pepper patch

    The super hots look a little deficient, try a weak slow release fertilizer. and i always use match heads in the soil for sulfur, which most soil lacks and peppers need. Epsom salts work good for fruiting.

    Its a pretty good idea to get rid of any bug or spider on your plants, unless its a ladybug.

    That could be over watering, fertilizer burn, sun burn, or some deficiency. If it was a deficiency it would probably be in sulfur, or nitrogen, posibly calcium or magnesium too.

    Recommended herbs to grow?

    Id try some purple varieties of basil and oregano. And parsley, that grows really fast. Al herbs are slow to start but then they take off and you cant stop them.

    First ripe strawberry of the season

    Ive already had like 150 ripe berries this year. I just go through the greenhouse and steal everyones ripe fruit. Theres like 50 plants so i get a lot of berries. and therees nothing like fresh homegrown strawberries, there so dank.
