    Plants not doing so well

I guess I will take them out of their current soil and mix in some perlite so that it will drain better.

    Plants not doing so well

Some of my pepper plants haven't been doing so well. It seems like whatever I do they just keep getting worse and now they are close to dying. I bought the plants from chileplants.com and I received nice healthy plants. I transplanted them into some garden soil that I already had and the plants...

    wanted WTB Superhot plants

3 hours if I'm lucky enough not to get a speeding ticket it's more like 3:30. Hollywood is alright as long as you're okay with living around assholes and drug addicts but at least the weather is nice a majority of the year and the fishing is always great.

    wanted WTB Superhot plants

Thanks for the offer cycad jungle but I did order them in the end. I was actually thinking of driving up to Lakeland even though it's 3 hours from me because I saw an ad on craigslist with a variety of fully grown superhots but I decided to just order the plants online and save 2 tanks of gas...

My order came out to be $4 so in wasn't really expecting any freebies. Well Judy is so great that she not only gave me more then 20 seeds of the datil and blue...

    Just goes to show...

Thanks I've grown plants almost my entire life (which I know for you guys isn't that long) and I've paid little attention to season and have generally gotten weak harvests so I thought it would be time to try and do things the right way.

So you plant seeds even this late in the season? I have little patience and I want to plant my seeds but I've gotten mixed suggestions on starting seeds now. I see you live in Hollywood also so it would be great if you could give your opinion on the matter.

    Hey from Hollywood, FL

PIC 1 not really but I love growing things and it allows me to make a little money on the side. I don't have time for a job because I'm trying to stay focused in school.

    Miracle fruit

By neglect I mean not giving it the right water and not constantly monitoring it so neglecting miracle fruit isn't really neglect. It's good to believe in yourself especially with this plant.

    Miracle fruit

They must be taken care of and constantly monitored(at least every 3 days). King neglecting a miracle fruit tree is a huge mistake, it will never be successful on its own. If you look at my grow guide you can see that these plants aren't the best for beginners. Miracle fruit happens to be the...

    Miracle fruit

I don't think so. The plant rarely grows over 8" in its first year and as a general rule of thumb it has to be at least 12" to bear fruit.

    Miracle fruit

They should grow without a problem in a hydroponics system and i would love for you to give updates on how it goes. They take 2-3 years to produce fruit but considering that the seedlings are almost 6 months old, they will take at least 1.5 years.

    Miracle fruit

70% is ideal but the plants generally don't have a problem in 40-50%. When it gets below that its best to put them inside a greenhouse or cover them with a plastic bag.

I forgot to state that I'm not going to have seeds for a few more weeks.
