2009 Grow Log

Well, since my plants were all over 6 feet tall I decided to cut all but 1 wayyyyyyy back. The two lemon drops I left indoors, just cut them back to sticks. This picture is from 07/09/09

These pics are from today, 8/9

Roughly 1 month after being cut back to sticks. I took the plastic down to get good pics:

The scorpion is starting to look bushy again, and the new growth is just getting to the point where it is splitting at the top, so I'm expecting flowers soon.

And this is the ever slow growing Fatalii. It was cut back to a stick same day as the rest, it's just starting to come around. At the very least its going to kick some ass next year. At the very least, we can see the difference in growth rate between plants in a hydro system and plants outdoors. Cut back on the same day, one is a giant bush covered in flowers, one has a couple leaves. :)

Woo hoo I knew you'd come back.
You mean between an indoor hydro system and a plant in an outdoor pot?
Thanks for the update.

I've been pretty busy with work the past month or so, no time to check the forums and with my plants dragging ass to produce peppers I figured there wasn't much worth updating.

But yeah I meant between hydro indoors & roughly the same medium/nutrients but in a pot outdoors. The ones indoors are fed aerated nutrient solution once every 12 hrs, the ones outdoors are fed the same nutes but only once every couple days or so as they dry out. But both plants are in coco/hydroton (the one outdoor only has the hydroton that was stuck to the roots, the rest is coco) so I figure its a decent comparison lol.

I'm still holding my breath for peppers, it looks like the lemon drops indoors are about to finally fruit, they have pollenated flowers with the petals all dried up, just waiting to see if the petals drop off or the whole flower. Cross your fingers for me!

I can't believe I just found this guy, he's a lot bigger than the other one I thought was the first pepper:

I count well over twenty that I can tell are forming peppers, like I can see the green tip poking out from the brown shriveled petals :)

Just little update with some developing pods, I'll post some macros tonight when I get home:

"1st" pepper that is actualy probably 2nd
