those square pots are said to hold more than traditional round 5 gallon pots.
but check out how small they look compared to 15 gallon pots to the right of em

on a side note, I probably shouldn't have been so lazy few days ago when I decided to leave my plants out all day and night.  In fact, I have left them out ever since...  only a few burnt leaves, no lives lost...
+1 for Team Lazy   :onfire:    prolly update pics when flikr acts right again

EDIT:  to add pics:

Bought some soil today...  found this product called Happy Frog by Fox Farms.  I heard it's pretty good.
3cu/ft for $20.  Any opinions if this is a good deal?  should I have bought more?

gonna mix up this stuff for the bed to the right here.

can anyone tell me how far apart ideally is best for optimum growing conditions for these super hots?
I'm guessing 1 foot apart.  which would yield me about 15 plants...

like always, thanks for viewing!   :)

Hi JoJo,
Looking good!

And just where do you find those products? I've been looking, all they have around here is MG.

I planted my supers last season 3' apart and the rows were 3' apart. This year had I not planted so much, I was going to go with 4'  between plants and 5' between rows. That didn't happen. However I was able to do 4' between rows and 3' between plants, the Annuum's went in 18"s apart.

This was last year with 3'x3'

It got rather crazy!

Thanks Devv, the Happy Frog and the EB Planting mix I got from a local nursery.  The rest I bought from Lowes.

those are 3 feet apart?  dang man, dang...  I don't have that much space for all my plants...  i'll try to figure something out

Jojo,

Just go with it. If it turns out like his you can just swing from vine to vine harvesting as you go. Aaahhh aaahhh aaaahhhhh (tarzan yell). Its all good.

Sorry for the Hi-jack, but I wanted you to see how they can get. They do get hard to pick ;)

Sheesh, your pockets must be overflowing with moolah Jo!

Grow is looking great man. Saw some photos with cups in buckets, did you cut out the bottom and just bury them?

Naw, I pulled them out of the cups as usual.  That cup u see is not buried in, it's just the rim of the cup i cut out to use as a label.

Update:

I bought another bag of the Happy Frog Soil Conditioner.  here's how it looks like.
