I shoot with a Canon 7D, most of these were shot with a 24 - 70mm. I do have a 100mm MACRO I love to use as well but mainly for the solo light box style photos. Thanks for the compliments.

Picked a few Jalapenos today, Giant, Black and Early. iPhone photos, picked these just before another
massive storm came through. A few branches were broken from the previous 2 storms so wanted to lighten
the load.

Just did a taste taste. On a scale of 1 to 5 for heat it went like this, Early = 5, tried 2 different blacks, 2.5 and 1 for the Giant. I am going to let the Giants grow larger and see if some extra stress helps the case.

You have some nice pods waiting to color up there, JHP!
Jalapeños are a great all around pepper, for sure.
I love them pickled, as well.

Good luck dodging the storms; and getting those pods ripened up!

No flowers or pods on Trinidad Scorpion. :(

Chilpetin - Well over 3 feet tall and full of unripe larger than life pods. It seems the plants really dig last years compost that was infested with worms.

Wow,
Those Giant Bhuts are huge.....you might need a helper to pick all those pods before the end of the year..........where ya live................ha

I am shocked how big they are and they appear to be still growing. I think you are right about a helper and that is only 2 of 5 rows for today's update!

Here is another Giant Bhut, different plant.
