For us it is just a major snowstorm with really high winds. Friends of mine who live about a four hour drive away posted pictures of trrying to dig out their cars, which are actually completely buried under the snow to the point where you wouldn't know they werre even there. The fine folks in the US are getting it even worse. We feel lucky the worst parts are just missing us.

Hopefully I can snap some pictures and do an update. I waited a little too long to pot up all my babies, waiting for them to bounce back. One of the recent 7 Pot Red retires has decided to have 2 seedlings graft together as one. This should be interesting if they live.

2-9-13 partial update

This is the crazy new arrival, conjoined 7 Pot Reds...

Retires are all popping everywhere this time around...

The conjoined reds are wild looking, and I'm definitely curious to see how they grow up. My guess is that it will work out totally fine, but who knows with that stuff.

The only thing more interesting would be zombie plants. They would eat all of the brains out of your garden/grow list ;)

Another cot forest, very nice. Love the twin. Hope yours makes it. I had a twin something or other pop up last year, but my twins were discordant. The smaller of the two died, which then killed the larger one.

It will be neat to watch and photo the journey. I thought I was seeing things until I brought out the MACRO lens. This morning there is another hook coming up beside them.

I like the way you roll Chris, It's all looking great. I hope to start my Annuums this weekend... Heck, I might as well, they're predicting another 4-8 inches of snow here...

Thanks and best of luck. I had all my annuums sprout except one Thai Orange, Thai Super Hot and both purple Jalapenos. I started more seeds for the purple jalapenos since they are a part of my 4 Jal blends!
