How about a CAST IRON throwdown? That could work for any meat or vegetarian dish, any ethnic flavor.........


Or would that be too much like saying it has to be BBQ over wood charcoal and no gas BBQ?
 
a meal under $10. Your ingredient pic has to include a copy of your grocery store receipt(s). Anything goes. Spices are free. There would need to be a conversion for everyone who uses funny money.
 
I still like chicken and waffles. It just sounds so strange but its also so interesting.
A big brunch throwdown might work well too
 
I like the secret ingredient idea still. Throws up a better challange and gets people to try new flavours. Maybe secret ingredient throwdown II or return of the secret ingredient throwdown.

Or we could go with pie...dunno where that came from...:D
