Black labs are the nicest dogs, and for some reason they don't get much respect. You ask someone what kind of dog they have and they say "Just a black lab" almost apologetically. I like labs!

nice looking dogs though..i miss having one around, even if they do always want to eat my food.

His name is Roscoe and he just had his 8th birthday (01 October 1999)
 
Here is my best friend and constant companion.
Our 9 year old American Pit Bull Terrier mix Tasha.
The sweetest, most loving, intelligent dog I have owned.
When the day comes for her to leave this earth I am going to be extremely despondent.
