Roasted Poblanos and Jáps
Bacon, Sautéd Onions, cheese and all that shit...
Rue, 1 Tbsp,. of each, Flour, MY chile powder, bacon fat, and 2 Tbsp. Butter
This is the Magic moment Folks when CHEESE BECOMES QUESO DIP!!!!!
Add Bacon and Onions...
Add roasted Peppers and 2 dried Jonas 7-Pot...
And THAT is QUESO Dip friggen Nirvānā

This thread is just toooo quesoy! But thanks to Scovie NOW I be likin to like me some queso Dip and I'm stuck at work for another 5 hours. There needs to be an Emergency Queso Dip delilvery service established nation wide so that no man, woman or child EVER need to go Queso Dipless again!
