Nice use of the large board in the money shot Booma, has that timeless old school feel to it.  
 
I like the sound of the jalapeño sausages, homemade? If so, would appreciate a recipe, I have a mincer with sausage making attachment now, so will be looking to do a batch of them in the next couple of weeks.
