Biography: I love riding my motorbike, and ride it every chance I get, which isn't as much as I would like....

I love making beef jerky, and I reckon I'm pretty bloody good at it :) I even have a dehydrator at work and make lots of jerky for the guys I work with.

I very much enjoy cooking (which the size of my belly will show :oops:), and I have a bit of a sweet tooth. I love cooking on the BBQ and i'm just starting to experiment with smoking different meat (because of this bloody site, LOL) as well.

I love spending weekends away, and I try to get away at least once every few months.

Share a Recipe: Ingredients:

6 x 375ml bottles of beer
1 x any sized fridge (the bigger the better)
1 x Bottle opener (optional extra)

Recipe:

Insert power lead of the fridge into a compatable electrical outlet and switch the power outlet to the ON position (fridge should be on when you here a low humming sound and on some models a light may come on when the door is opened). Adjust the temperature controller to desired coolness and leave to sit for 6 - 8 hours. Then insert beer into fridge and leave to sit for another 3-5 hours.

After the 3 - 5 hours, remove a single beer and either use optional bottle opener or for twist tops, use hand to remove cap.

Press opening of bottle to your lips and tilt bottle upwards while opening your mouth slightly, allowing the liquid to enter your mouth.

Swallow and enjoy.....

Repeat above untill drunk....

NOTE: A freezer can replace the fridge but remember that the cooling time will be reduced dramatically....

Seeds Wanted: The one seed that I really want is a genuine (or as close as I can get) Douglah seed or seeds....I was lucky enough to be given some seeds for the Douglah last year but they were very much cross pollinated and not hot :(
