    API Inspector. Used to be an x-ray hand years ago. Started shooting film in the mid 90s and got API certs in early 2005. My company is making us all get "certified" to read and accept film

    Interesting thing I learned about JD... all of their whiskeys are the same whiskey, just from different stages in the process. Regular Jack is single fileterd. Gentleman Jack is double filtered, Jack Single Barrel is from the top of the barrel house where the heat forces the whiskey deeper into the barrel. Interesting stuff. And I thought of peppers when I saw the ferment process. It was bubbling away like it was boiling from the CO2 being released.

    I'd call my first attempt a success. There are some things I'd do differently next time, like make it thinner, but all in all, not too shabby!

    Try boiling it with a tsp of baking soda in the water, it conditions the noodles for a very ramenlike noodle :) and tortelini/ravioli homemade are so good..
