Long day of fishing yesterday. The wifey caught a single sac au lait. No fish to bring home, so I got a brisket on the smoker at 6 this morning. Should be ready by game time this evening!

Found out one of our plant operators got sprayed in the face with ethylenediamine two nights ago. He's doing fine, has been released from the hospital, and is luck to still have his eyesight. Stay safe out there, hand.

Week 1 of turnaround done. Movin' and shakin'. So far, I've been able to save the company $6 million. Of course, I'm also making them spend about a quarter million on repairs and inspections... I still think I win!
