    three week turnaround started today. Went out to the field to check out a weld job. The two contract QCs told me "Man! You look like you're withering away! What's up with that??" :/ Been awhile since I weighed myself, but last time I was 155. Now I'm actually a tad worried.

    Perfectly legal :) I get a mandatory day off after 18 straight. Anything over 40 is OT, and double time on Sundays. And yeah, I'll probably be burned out right when it's finishing up.

    The yellow ones are definitely hot, but they seem to be more of a "building heat" kind of thing. Brown and red? Hot from the jump and it doesn't let up.

    Yeah, it was definitely a builder. Slow to build, so it was easy to make it manageable. It gives you time to get used to it.

    Even got a couple of the young ladies in on it. I think the youngest one is doing it just to show she doesn't shrink from a challenge. Hmmmmmmm.... And she asked if it was a bhut jolokia. So she knows that there are hotter out there than jalapeno. I told her these make ghost peppers their bitch

    Wish my in laws liked football. Missed both the games today. Happy the Tigers got up, and the Ragin Cajuns had a dominant win as well. A good day for LA college football!

    It was pretty doggone tasty! I didn't take any pics, but I think I got the temperature a little too hot at first (bled albumin). It wasn't too dry, or too moist. Flavor was killer! I'll bet it would make a great salad. I'll be doing it again with fresh fish. I used frozen this time.

    I can get down with that. I think I'm mostly eye rolling at the celebrities rolling in money jumping on this. C'mon, Bieber... just write a check for $150 grand to the ALS Foundation. I'd respect that. Most of us can't really do that.

    Yep, pretty much. Soak some peppers in vinegar. I add a little salt to make it briny... a little tastier that way to me. Splash that on some beans, greens, bloody Mary, anything! Use it instead of hot sauce on foods that would pair well with the brineyness of the vinegar
