    Ducky can mean either good or shitty, depending on tone of voice(i.e., sarcastic tone). In this case, it meant good. Oh, and i was telling my friend Thom about you a while back and how cool you were, and i may have embellished you a bit(i cant remember the whole coversation as i was pretty tossed that night). I told him how i told you my fave and worst songs and you checked them out and somehow or where he got the idea that you were checking out his favorite artist, Jan Hammer. Sorry about that.

    Good morning, mi pequena tesoro. How was your weekend? Mine was ducky, but way too short. I had to work sunday, and having to wake up sunday at 6 a.m. really blows. But i was home by noontime, so that worked out anyways because kickoff is at 1:00 pm.

    Actually, i'm not really a dog person. Well, i wasnt until Lucy converted me. I was always a cat person before then. Lucy was my ex-girlfriend's pitbull, although since we got her together i was still considered her 'daddy' so to speak. I got involved in dog rescue a few years ago(specializing in any of the bully breeds) and i came close a few times to adopting a rescue dog, but i didn't. I'm not home enough to take care of a dog. It'd be cruel IMO to have a dog and it's home by itself for anywhere from 8 to 15 hours or so a day, you know?

    Fruit salads are simple to make, dear. I've always done 'em the way my Oma did. By making a simple syrup then adding a boatload of fresh cut fruit to it.

    So are you going to get a pre-made crust? Or are you going to pull a Betty Crocker and make one from scratch? My best friend Nick makes his own pizza dough in his food processor....it takes like 10 minutes or so to do it.

    Chevy Chase did something like that in National Lampoon's European Vacation. He got stuck in the left lane of a roundabout and couldn't get over to the right to exit so he drove around it all night long.

    You know this resident caterpillar, well last night I'd just got a tiny bit of lettuce left to make a side salad and left it on the work top, ten minutes later it had disappeared. Con had only given it to Pablo :shocked: Then he pointed to something in the cupboard and said "It's OK, you've got another one".... It was a cabbage he was pointing at :rolleyes:
