    Spring has Spring when the bulbs are up and trees are budding out. Bees were all over one of the trees last week. That's enough of a spring for me. Pluss I just wanted to post the punny! _grin_

    The Kid and I found our first 3 GeoCache locations this afternoon! What a hoot! 1 in downtown Winthrop, one next to Scovie's house and one at the Carlton Pony Express office. I could ge very addicted to this! We already want to put out a GeoCache...have a couple good ideas~

    there's caches out in the middle of no-where! Like 20 miles out on the Pacific Crest Trail. There's a couple up Texas Creek that you have to hike to. I hate hiking, but I'd get the boots on for a "treasure hunt" for a geocache.

    PepTalk- there a caches literally everywhere! If you look it up online (might need to sign up???dunno~ the Kid did it and got the app on his phoan) I bet there are some near you.

    Just passe an online First Aid certification class in 7 minutes. Have to have the certification to chaperon the band to the festival this weekend. :rolleyes:

    lol how did you pass in 7 mintues? or was it just first aid and not AED/CPR ect. I have to renew my certification this summer I think. job related.

    It's just a first aid card and the questions were so lame. It was 20 questions in 7 minutes. Like- "if there is redness and swelling of the skin, is that asthma, hypoglycemia, a rash or edima? i was just surprised at the level of the questions that would pass a first aid test and get a first aid card. I've done basic first aid and CPR many times. But not in the last 16 years. It's all good.

    We went to a service call at the Eagles lodge and I knock the HOT deep fat fryer off the counter. 2.5 gallons of hot grease in a tsunami across the kitchen floor. No injuries, thank goodness! about 10 rolls of paper towels later the worst was soaked up. SO! How was you're day?

    I was once in a trench, digging, to assist in repairing a broken septic pipe. Someone who didn't listen flushed the toilet... i remembered wishing aloud that people would keep their own crap to themselves... i'd been fond of those boots...

    mikeg...EEEWWWW! and Yes we are grateful no one got hurt. One lady was near and started to reach for the fryer as it was going over. I yelled at her to watch out and she was able to get on the other side of the cabinet. It was one of those slow-motion disaster moments.

    well, it was very close to the deadline, but I did get something posted in the TD! Not a complete entry, but it was in the works. I knew It would be tight on time and unforunately, bidnis comes first. I'm loking forward to checking out all the contenders! Well Done M8s!!!
