  • Lovely to be with you! My journey was horrid this morning, I was thinking, I wish SM was driving. I got home OK though, well obviously. What a busy day, I hardly had chance to piss.
Right dinner is burning but what is the new Kindle 2.0? I am really off for dinner now sweetheart. x
I'd love to meet you. BTW I loved your post earlier, the hours one. I'm off for dinner now darling so I'll speak to you tomorrow. xxxxxxxx
Shit I'd love to visit you. I know you don't like all the heat all the time but you seem happy there.
I would always buy organic if it was cheap enough. Our supermarkets do stock a lot of veg grown locally, the only problem with that is that it's not very big, I mean trying to grow a lettuce this time of year won't be as good as ones grown say in Spain.
Oh I don't go for that Organic stuff anyway. I shop in the cheapest supermarket (Asda), I think it might be part of the Wal-mart group, cheap and cheerful but it fills a hole.
I think the pre-sliced meats here can cost as much as the veg, and I can still find bits of bone in them. Bless you, 66 is pretty young. I saw that photo of your Dad when you were a little pup and he looked slim, healthy and full of life. I bet he was the best bloke ever.
What veggie's are very expensive? I suppose they're not cheap but cheaper than buying ready-made meals or eating a lot of meat. The stir-fry I eat is just veg, carrots, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, I'm sure it has more in it but I can't think what. How old was your Dad when he passed away if you don't mind me asking?
I love veggies, I can just eat a plate of them with gravy and sauces like mint sauce, horseradish, mustard, chopped chillis, etc.. weird maybe I know, but hey I never claimed to be normal. I don't like fatty meat at all, I assume you can buy thin sliced ham or beef in packets over there, or even wafer thin?
Ha, I've just seen your previous message, I'd love to have read your mind then. Yeah I usually take sandwiches, salad, ham, and chilli ones, only because they're quick to eat and to make. If I was living somewhere nice and warm though it would be salads all the way, that's all I eat during the 'summer' here.
Nah, you know me I'm too chatty, I'd never eat. A lot of people watch TV when they eat but I like to read, I'm a really slow eater too. So do you take sandwiches to work? I love chatting with you.
But I wouldn't want to go over to the restuarant and pay their prices for lunch anyway. I eat near the computer, often whilst on the computer, obviously when no one's about, I shouldn't but I do. I can always rely on a guest coming in when I've just walked away from it so I can eat my sandwiches, that I have to stand up to eat, otherwise re-arrange the furniture.
Yep, by law I should have a 20 minute break as I work over 6 hours and this should be away from my work station. I don't get this, I think it's looked upon that I have quiet periods that I can sit and do nothing but it's not the same. I have to clock out for 5 minutes after 4 hours for some reason, so my boss can stay within the law I suppose. I spoke to another receptionist from the same hotel chain last week and she asked about my breaks, she said they threatened to go on strike over at her hotel and now they are allowed 30 minutes in the restaurant to eat.
Yep everyday for Con, school dinners are too expensive, mind you I can't always be arsed making his sandwiches, like today, so he's got chocolate spread ones. He always has two bits of fruit (that makes me feel better). I do my own when I'm working as I can only get food out of the vending machine otherwise. I eat lunch but not breakfast, I don't snack either, well I suppose I do because I don't get chance to eat all my lunch at once.
It's been raining all day and it's getting a bit windy, well gusty judging by the massive crash of garden furniture blowing over not long ago. Apart from talking to you I've been a bit bored toady on and off, well I've painted my nails twice and smudged them twice, made mine and Connor's packed lunch for tomorrow about 4 hours ago, I bet that's gonna taste nice. Do you always buy your lunch whilst at work?
I remember when I used to work at Land Rover years ago the mechanics oftenwalked around with dirt smudged on their faces and if you ever pointed it out by showing them on your own face they'd always rub the wrong side of their face. How's the weather over there?
That's a great name! So do you come home all covered in grease and oil after working on the cars? You know with that sexy little black smear on your cheek that you never realised you had?
