    I'm gonna look up Cape Fear's sauces but I haven't seen them over here. Have you not had any English sauces?

    Same with me, quite simply because everyone's taste and heat tolerance is different. I kept wanting to compare it to another sauce that it's similar too (snakebite) but it seemed unfair.

    I used to be I suppose. I can get away with my nails if they are so pale that you can hardly see them. Wait, I'm sure I must have had them done with a tiny bit of colour when I took photos of that Beelzebubs sauce to review.

    No worries.

    One hand's pink with lilac tips and the other a colour that I'm gonna get told off for at work, pink with bright turquoise on the tips. Oh well, I don't feel satisfied unless I've rebelled slightly somewhere.

    I guess 'promise' is a very strong word to use, God I remember the oath I took at Brownie's as a kid, dunno if you've heard of the Brownies (like a Scout thing), where you had to promise to do God knows what on my initiation. I remember my Dad and brother being there and smirking in the back ground as I had to walk around a pixie pond three times during it and it was a mirror on the floor, they didn't half piss themselves laughing afterwards with my Dad asking what all that crap was about. I think I broke most of the rules anyway.

    Because I was sure I could be there to do it, well I promised I'd do my best were my exact words, so to the guest it's probable, but to me that usually means I'll do it. I know what you mean about promising things only when you'll deliver. I promise I'll do my best is a great clause.

    Eliot (night porter) just laughed, I'd also promised a guest I'd do his wake up call for him which was 15 minutes before my shift starts so I made sure I was there.
