No, seriously, i really dig those places. All my friends are very open minded so i've been going to places like those for years. I have friends who are wiccan, friends who are pagan, etc. you get the idea. Hell my favorite one here is this huge one in St. Petersburg beach that two really nice older lesbian women own. They've got everything. I just bought a few weeks ago about a case of sandalwood incense there.
Oh, so he bought vanilla extract? Cool. Start busting out the cakeage, doll. And yeah, i love new age shops as well. There's so many wonderful smells to enjoy in those places, they're almost euphoric.
You couldn't find it? That stuffs easy to find here. there's practically a 'new age' shop on every other corner.
Yeah, thats definitely my pop and the way i go about things. He was way more twisted than me, however. I once found a flyer for a gay pride parade in NYC and i explained to my pop the next day that it was a picture of a naked guy laying there with balloons covering his 'boys', and the first thing my dad wanted to know was what color were the balloons.
I think i got it from my dad, actually. He was the funniest person i ever met. And don't put me up on a pedestal, dear. I'd rather be right next to you.
