If using a fan, be mindful or your watering procedure with new seedlings in small/peat pots.  It is easy to dry them out with too much air.  You need to strike a good balance between air movement and water so you neither dry them or drown them.

You would have nothing to lose by by adjusting the pH of a same sample with baking soda as well as adding some sugar, if that suits  your tastes.  At 2.7 you have plenty of wiggle room!

No.  The Smart TVs come with "apps" installed.  I want to know if one system's "apps" are nicer than the other system's "apps" and if a non-techie lady might find that nicer set of "apps" more enjoyable/useful than the other.   As an example - some Smart TVs allow you to view YouTube directly...
