    Is this Chinense or Annuum

Baccutums usually have yellow spots on the petals of the flowers.  Those look pure white.  I would say Annuum over Baccatum.

pics My plants leaves are starting wilt and whiten? PICS

Sunburn.  5 hours of direct sun light straight out from under the lights is too much.  You should gradually introduce them to the sun.

Most of my plants look great! Some have issues...

    Yep, that's definitely an Annuum.

    Cal-Mag...pH testing

No Cal-Mag here either.  I start seeds in 72 cell starter trays with Happy Frog.  I then pot up to 1 quart root pouches with more Happy Frog.  That lasts me until plant out.  No need to feed nutrients at all.  Now I will say that this year I did have to give the babies in the 72 cell inserts a...

    Plant Shock

You definitely want to give them a hardening off period of gradually introducing them to the sun.  When indoors, they aren't accustomed to the intensity of the sun.  Putting them straight outside will indeed fry them.  The older ones will likely recover and be fine.  Young plants don't usually...

    Compmodder26's 2015

I can't wait.  Only got about 2-3 more weeks before I begin hardening them off.  I try to shoot for after Mother's Day for plant out.

    Compmodder26's 2015

I've had all my Chinenses potted up for about a week now, and they are starting to really take off now.     Here's a pic of the leftovers that are still in the cells for a comparison:     The Annuums and Baccatums are about ready to be potted up too:

    Compmodder26's 2015

This is the first year that I've started with Happy Frog that resulted in me having to supplement so early.  Last year it was about 1.5 months after potting up that I had to supplement.  As for the gravel, I've not noticed any gravel at all.

    Compmodder26's 2015

That's what has me baffled though.  Happy Frog has always been great for me for feeding my plants.  This is a new bag, so not being reused.  Wondering if I got unlucky and got a bag without much life in it.   You're not kidding!  Gonna try to make a good effort to get most of the supers (that...

    Compmodder26's 2015

I've begun the potting up process.  Plants are doing well overall.  The Annuums and Baccatums are starting to show signs of yellowing now.  I know it cannot be due to overwatering as I'm waiting for their leaves to droop before watering anymore.  Thinking the Happy Frog isn't giving them what...
