Its been a long time between updates, but here is a sauce that i made out of the red rocoto's that i had. The little black spots are the seeds, i never de-seed for sauce unless i am keeping the seeds. Besides i think it kinda looks cool like that...

Had a lot of hot weather come through here and they got a bit to dry, also think there might be some sort of mite's or something breading in there...Little red things about the size of a pin head running around the top of the soil.
