Every since I started feeding my plants worm tea I've never needed to use my bottle of cal mag.

They will begin to wilt when they run out of water. If you check on your plants twice a day or more you should notice it in time to give them water again. Been there, done that.

A four foot shop light with a couple of 6500K T8 tubes would run about the same price.
