On 3 of my little seedlings I have noticed what I think is the seed stuck to the top of the seedling. What do you do about that if anything?

I've noticed that when my seeds pop up that they seem to be bent and the "head" is not out of the ground yet. My question is, do you put them under the lights as soons as you see them or do you let them stand up first?
