AGGGH!!!! F***ING HATE THIS BODY!!!

Nothuing but problems with my body, it never ends!!! I'm currently dealing with a post-nasel drip (which is either due to the problems of being posined by a brown recluse spider or an new/ redevloped allergy to dairy products) and now for the past two weeks I've been getting hives under my arm pits (treating it with Cordizone). I'm thinking I've become allergic to something in my deoderent....

I've lived my life with Multiple Allergy Syndrom and damn it, I'm sick of this shit! ALWAYS something, one problem clears up, another one takes it's place, arthritic hands, bad knees, no sense of smell, no secondary immune system, allergies, lazy tongue, straight thick hair, TMJ, mutations, ADHD, sholder problems, scared eye, hypoglysemic (not fun at all)........BAH!!!!!! The list goes on and on! I didn't sign up for this shit.

Sorry to rant, need to vent and the beers' not listening to me whine anymore.

Obviously not enough Naga in your diet.

And whiskey...need more whiskey..

and of course dont stress at all about anything, ever.

How hard can that be?

seriously dude - a good homeopath could find the common holistic solution to that list.

i know I cant walk down the detergent aisle of a supermarket with sneezing constantly....i have to go to a small store to get all my soaps. Modern cleaning agents are wicked.

Good luck in your hunt.

Ditto. I gotta watch what perfumes or such are in my soaps and cleaners, and frell me if some chick has on too much perfume.

I avoid the detergent aisle too, it's insane.

Born under bad sign
I been down since I begin to crawl
If it wasn't for bad luck,
I wouldn't have no luck at all...........

Deodorant is one thing that will get you if you have allergies, not sure what chemicals they use in it but the skin doesn't like them...some people never have any problems with using deodorants and some like you do...I can't even advise on what to replace it with as I have the same problem, not hives but seems to clog the pores and I get lumps under my arms. Crazy huh? I sympathize with your problems.

o.k well i'm hammered & had a big week..or 18 days...or how ever long its been since i had a day off...so forgive my babble.

Deodorant would not be necessary if we had real soap. All this B.S moisturising stuff, its soft enough to wash away microbes of dust but what makes the smell is rotting skin...get something harsh. I used to use Oatmeal soap...until they stopped making it because all the pussies wouldn't buy it. I use coal-tar soap now lol...i think its meant for cleaning stains from hessian bags or polishing marble or something .....

then again I been single for a lot of years...so best to weigh your pros & cons.

Babble more like giving yourself a breather..I.G I think you need to sit and look at how things are affecting you on a day-to day basis..Stress in whichever form it comes can cause so many health problems and i noticed you've had some stupidness but your way from others at work..It really is amazing how the mind affects the body..But the advice above about trying differnt soaps etc is wise also..A balanced approach always my friend :)

Ya, but finding them can be tough.

I used to use real soap (not the detergent crap), I'm going to have to locate some soon. I also used the oatmeal soap.

I used to meditate alot, I think I'll go back to doing that agin.

IGG, thanks for making me feel, er, um, more normal.
But really, I feel for you dude.

Like others I cant go near the scented aisles in the supermarket, cleaning products, soaps, shampoos, and wonder of wonders (mostly i just wonder 'Why??') scented t.p. and facial tissues. Honestly, you just wipe something gross off your body and then chuck it out.

I use sorbolene as a body cleanser, aussies will know what it is, and I am sorry I can't describe it to the rest of you. It's reduced most of my itches, but I really need to find a clothes detergent substitute. Not ready to make my own soap yet, but getting close. (See Worst Jobs in History, soap boiler.)

RS

For cloths detergent I've found "All: Free and Clear" works perfect, it's hypoalergenic but I still have to wash everything twice or else I still itch

Dude that does suck pretty bad. I'm very lucky in that department. I'm not even allergic to poison ivy:shocked::P:lol:. However, I've known a couple people that have had problems with certain kinds of perfumes, detergents, ect. I've got an achy joint in my right hip sometimes, and my right shoulder can act up as well, but those are from old injuries. If I had all of that I would go mad...lol!!

wow - thats amazing how many hypersensitive people there are in such a small group. A dermatologists students dream lol.
Starting to wonder if it isn't related to tolerance or scoville desire in some way.
