Bama farm boy into my second season of hots and mouth searing super hots. :mouthonfire:

Lookin forward to trying some more of the vast number of pepper varieties, so this site will be a frequent pitstop for me.

Here's a pic of some of last years remaining crop I use to blend hot sauce as needed.

I'll remember to do that, although I don't cook anything other than the roasted garlic and a quick sautee on the onions.
