Another SASBE Offer - C. Parvifolium (C Baccatum var. Bac)

I am offering ten people seeds of this one for a SASBE. :) Rules are the same. Send me a self-addressed stamped envelope with $0.64 loose postage inside, a return address label, and an empty ziplock bag marked with the variety name C. Parvifolium on it. No metered postage. Indicate your THP username on the request. PM me for address info.

If not in the U.S., we'll need to work something else out via a Paypal payment to cover shipping and handling. My rules above apply to U.S. members only.

If you're applying, put a post here to show your spot. Good luck to the top 10!! People will get several dried pods which can be cracked open to exrtract seeds - air dried pods so no issues in germination.

Chris

P.S. This picture of the plant was when it was just a little baby.

I'd like to give it a try. PM on the way. :)

Tempting, but I do not want to end up on an episode of that show Hoarders on TLC. So I will pass on this, one let the others here get some. I am curious though, what do they taste like and what is their heat level. Do you have a picture of a pod in your photobucket archives? Thanks chris.

I need to taste some. I'm planning on marking a Parvifolium powder. lol. I just picked another 300-400 pods today. Here's a harvest a few weeks ago.

Everyone is in so far. 7 down, 3 to go. :) No need for another envelope Pepperfever. i'll just toss it in. If anyone else has an envelope in transit, let me know. I've filled a lot already and sent them out though. This was kind of a last minute idea. lol. Beaglestorm, you have an envelope on the way right? if so, I'll make you a seed hoarder and drop a few in. lol. For that rainy day moment where you're thinking if I just had one more variety to try in 2011. :)

Everyone is in so far. 1 more spot left. :)

Mega71, now THAT is the tree I was envisioning this plant could become! it's pretty impressive, though I'd love to see what the real Parvifolium plant looks like that you posted the flower picture of. Is that in your AISPES report on wild peppers?

Chris

Thanks for the link Marco. I will use a translator to read more. I hope so much that someday Brazil releases these varieties to the world. The flowers are amazing. True treasures. It would be nice to see generic diversity spread more.

I enjoy helping others when I can with seeds. Many have helped me too for which I very much appreciate. That's why I love this hobby.
