We had to drive up a river to get there..this is that river. We barely had enough room to twist around to set up facing the way we wanted to go when we left. This is a view over our flight deck.
Poland. We went to Gdynia, which is a major port in Poland. The first pic is one of the tours I mentioned. This was our VBSS demo station.
In case you didn't know or realize..I like graffiti.
England. Easily my favorite port visit so far. We moored in Southampton, took a day trip to Portsmouth and also took a trip up to London which was awesome!
Southampton
A good Thai place if you ever go there. It looked like a strip club inside and out, but there were no strippers.
Cool pics, I'm glad to see you had a fun trip.
I guess the US Navy is a lot nicer than ours, as most people I know serve at sea only get off board once every 21 days. 28 days if it's a sub.

That's not bad at all! The longest I've gone is about 50 days of straight sea time. We did that a few times on our last deployment. There are ships that will beat that..one that was out there when we were made it into the 60s because they were monitoring a pirated vessel.
I would love to get on a sub for a few days, but after that I think I'd like to not do it again hah.
