Mission accomplished at the brew shop. They had everything I needed. I also found out I can call in my orders and they will have them ready for me. It is the little things that make me happy.

I have them as local as Orlando, Melbourne or  New Smyrna so they're around 45 minutes to an hour drive away. That makes them good to order supplies from and know that if I order liquid yeast it'll get here before the Florida heat has much effect on it and also close enough that it would probably be a savings to drive there for large items like burners or brew kettles, etc...
 
I'm thinking about talking with the local brew pub about adding a home brew shop on as a side  Not sure whether it would be a money maker for them or not.

It is pretty nice to be able to just go pick this stuff up, they also have brewing on premises options.  You can brew your beer or wine using their equipment if you like....for a fee of course.

I have been there twice and looks like a pretty good operation.  The brew area is spotless.

I got an early start this morning.  Half way through the mash and my mash temp is holding steady.  Should be able to finish early enough and then set up the Pizza Kettle for tomorrows maiden voyage.

About 35 minutes left in the boil. Made a 2 gallon batch. Pretty sure that is max capacity I can handle on stove top and current equipment.
