Finally got the labels on the last batch. Going to let them bottle condition another 2 weeks, for a total of three weeks in the bottles. I am out of homebrew so I will look to finish off the rest of my store bought stuff until these are ready.
 
If it's the one from thermo works it's worth every penny

I have sat on, stepped on, dropped it in a 15bbl mash tun with rakes spinning, dropped it in 180 degree water, dripped it down multiple flights of stairs. Still works and is still on to the degree. You don't waste time for it to get to temperature. You open and close to turn it on and off

Its absolutely vital in the pro business and I feel bad for anyone that doesn't have one

Looks like fermentation is done. I am going to let this sit for another week or two. Do all beers benefit from cold crashing? I can leave it at room temp or put in fridge...thoughts?
