- 2.0 lbs Briess White Wheat Malt
- 2.0 lbs Flaked Oats
- 1.5 oz Columbus, 60 min
- Safale US-05
- 3/4 cup corn sugar for priming
- 1 tsp Irish Moss,15 min
- Muntons Plain Extra Light DME for starter
- 1 vanilla bean soaked in vodka
- 2.0 oz sweet cacao nibs soaked in vodka
- 2.0 oz Dunkin' Donuts Original Blend Medium Roast coffee beans
- 152 F, 3.75 gal
- 170 F, 6.14 gal
- 66 F for 9 days
- Rack into secondary, let sit for a week
- Add vanilla bean and cacao nibs with solution, let sit 7 days
- Add coffee beans for 1-3 days, tasting sample every 24 hours for coffee flavor level
