Snapper is marinading with the skrumps in lime and garlic for the next 30 mins.
 
wish today didn't suck with rain, looks like i won't be entering this TD so no lobster dinner. Didn't realize today was my grandma's bday either, so I wouldn't have been able to cook it anyways. I SUCK. These look great though, GL to you all!
 
Okay.......here we go:
 
 
Maryland Crab Cake Sammies and She Crab Soup:
 
Crab cakes:
 
-1 lb lump crab meat
 
-2 large pieces of white bread.....broken up into small pieces
 
-1 egg....beaten
 
-1 TBSP dijon mustard
 
-2 TPSP DUKES mayonaise..... (YES, I said DUKES!)
 
-1 TBSP Old Bay Seasoning
 
-1 TSP Biohazard pepper powder
 
--6 TBSP butter
 
Mix all ingredidents with a light hand.....so as not to break up the crab meat. Form into cakes and fry in the butter on medium for 6 minutes. Finish in oven on broil for 10 minutes
 
She Crab Soup:
 
-1lb. lump crab meat.
 
-2QT Half&half
 
-1PT heavy whipping cream
 
-One white onion, diced
 
-One stalk celery, diced
 
-Sherry
 
-1C Shrimp stock
 
Spiced Shrimp:
 
-4 TBSP Ghee
 
-1LB peeled and de-veined 31-40 shrimp.
 
-2TBSP Old Bay seasoning
 
-1TBSP olive oil
 
Sauce:
 
-2TBSP Dukes
 
-1TPSP HOT Picante sauce
 
-1TBSP chipotle peppers
 
-2TBSP sour cream
 
-2TBSP Cottage cheese
 
-1Tsp Old Bay seasoning
