Mushroom and potato cake Soup with Turkey Breast Sandwich.
Soup
1 cup frozen peaches and cream corn blitzed in blender while frozen, cooked in 2 cups water for 20min
1/2 cup cashews blitzed (with yellow Hab) then added to corn after cooked, add another cup of water, add diced up one Portobello Mushroom, add 1/2 tbsp seasoning and one tbsp Oregano dried, cook another 10 min.
Two medium potatoes precooked then mashed with one egg and dried one tsp yellow Hab, one tsp Cumin and 1/2tsp scorpion salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, wait 10 min to rise. Make into balls and fry in Coconut oil. Add to bowl then soup on top and garnish with red Bell peppers and Basil
Sandwich
Cooked Turkey breast in vac pack in Crock pot on low for four hours the night before. added seasoning and dried one tspYellow Hab and one tsp liquid smoke to bag before sealing.
Made bread with 100% buckwheat four days fermenting prior. Baked at 475F
Cut Turkey (fell apart) and mix with Mayo (home made) at the bottom of bread is a layer of Jarlsberg cheese about 1/4" thick, lay turkey on that, then slices El Jefe pepper, then tomato and red Bell Pepper seasoned with Scorpion salt.
