Salt:Sugar 50:50, then added Aji Panca, Red Hatch, and smoked red Rocoto Powder, more salt was added to compensate for the weight in pepper POW
*note this results in a SALTY,Sweet,smokey,spicy,delicious mixture

never would have happened if not for me doing a tiny bit of research for alternative to chicken eggs locally while preparing for this throwdown
