The Fort Point Dbl dry hopped with Mosaic is amazing. Wish I would have just bought only that.

Greek or Middle Eastern?

Greek...and a splash Peruvian. Greek recipe, but I subbed the bell pepper for aji amarillo. Also subbed the lemon zest in the Béchamel with aji limo. I'm layering everything right now, and drinking a necessary double IPA to make it through the live Jeff Sessions confirmation hearing shenanigans.

Thanks! I much prefer adding tons of red wine to my sauce, which contradicts the middle eastern way. I did throw in ground lamb though, of course.
