beer-brewing Being Crafty

Just scored Easy Peasy IPA less than a week old. This one and Martin House Friday IPA are ones I can usually get fresh.

Sending citrus to Florida must be violate some law ...

Dinner is still the tastiest IPA I've had. CCB 110K+OT is next. My own homebrew days after dry hopping with hella Columbus and Citra is next (Red Eye), and then the rest is too hard to enumerate (Deviant Dale's, RESIN, Puff, Devil Dancer, FB Hopstimulator, 3F GBH etc etc etc) ...

Since you like citra dry hops, you might want to try out the citra hop hash. I used two ounces of it, with a bunch of Azacca for my NE IPA, and was amazed with the results. It's been bottled for a good 6+ weeks already, and the beer is still a massive hop bomb. I wouldn't put the hop hash anywhere near hot wort though, because at almost 30% AA content, it could easily ruin a beer.

Totally. I have some and plan to check it out in the coming months ...

The Bum has my mouth watering for a "juicy" beer. I'd love to try Trillium or Tree house but I'll never make it out there anytime soon. There are two brewers in Texas gaining popularity for this style of beer, Pinthouse Pizza and Weathered Souls brewing.

Definitely gonna hit up Pinthouse Pizza next time I'm in Austin.
