Since you like citra dry hops, you might want to try out the citra hop hash. I used two ounces of it, with a bunch of Azacca for my NE IPA, and was amazed with the results. It's been bottled for a good 6+ weeks already, and the beer is still a massive hop bomb. I wouldn't put the hop hash anywhere near hot wort though, because at almost 30% AA content, it could easily ruin a beer.grantmichaels said:Sending citrus to Florida must be violate some law ...

Dinner is still the tastiest IPA I've had. CCB 110K+OT is next. My own homebrew days after dry hopping with hella Columbus and Citra is next (Red Eye), and then the rest is too hard to enumerate (Deviant Dale's, RESIN, Puff, Devil Dancer, FB Hopstimulator, 3F GBH etc etc etc) ...
