Use that recipe from the brown ale kit I purchased from Stubby's as a starting point. Brown ales are like watered down stouts, "teasers" if you will

At my house, bottling is finished beer, from a keg ... so I thought it was done!

I realized after you might be bottle conditioning ...

Yes, bottle conditioning, and probably the best course of action, because due to the insane amount of dry hops, this one is pretty green. It smells amazing, but needs a good couple of weeks for the dry hops to mellow a bit. If you had kegged it, you also would want it to chill for a week or so, for everything to mellow out a bit.

Bottling is done. I can't wait to crack one of these hop bombs open in a week or two. Time to enjoy a refreshing Astro Zombie, before hitting the bars for one of my employee's birthday shindigs.
